Job Description for Sales Executive

  • Develop Dealer \ Distributor Network in your area.
  • Identify & pursue new Sales opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with dealers, customers, Customers & influencers.
  • Meeting Sales Target through appointed Dealer Network.
  • Handling Customer Enquiries & Concerns and Closing them in a Time Frame.
  • Organizing structured meetings with Influencers like architects, dealers, and Applicators.
  • Developing and Leveraging Sales Schemes to achieve Targets.
  • Planning & following daily journey plans and monitoring their adherence – Daily Reporting in Company App
  • Staying up to date on Product Knowledge & Industry Trends.
  • Developing & Executing Sales Strategies.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues & Cross Functional Team.
  • Representing the company in commercial projects.
  • Forecasting Demand & Sales in a Planned Manner of respective areas.


Preference –

  • Experience – 1-5 years (in sanitaryware and bath fittings)
  • Preferred Industry Background – Candidates who have worked with reputed international sanitaryware brands
