Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in-store, understand their needs, and recommend suitable eyewear products and services. Responsibilities include showcasing and explaining product features, assisting with personalized styling, handling queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily store operations. The Sales Executive will also contribute to meeting sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and upholding the brand’s luxury service standards.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide personalized, high-quality in-store experiences.
- Sales and retail skills, including consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and comfort working with premium and luxury products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, customer-focused demeanor and fluent spoken English and/or Hindi.
- Basic understanding of eyewear products and eye care concepts, or willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling transactions, maintaining displays, and supporting store operations.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in New Delhi, including weekends and retail peak hours, as required.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury brands, fashion, or optical stores is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
