Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Executive – CRM & Fabric Order Coordination. The role involves managing customer relationships using CRM tools, tracking inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, and following up on leads to convert them into sales. The Sales Executive coordinates fabric orders from quotation and sampling to order confirmation, production follow-up, and dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and high service quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients and internal teams, preparing sales reports, resolving order-related queries, and supporting business development initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with production, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to handle CRM systems and maintain structured client records.
  • Experience in order coordination or supply chain operations, preferably in textiles or apparel, including tracking orders, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery accuracy.
  • Proficient communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Good analytical and reporting abilities, including basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for sales and order tracking.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and fabric orders simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in textile sales, fabric merchandising, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Textile Management, or a related discipline preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
