Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and drive end-to-end sales for Concria’s concrete flooring solutions. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding customer requirements, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and proposing suitable solutions. The role involves negotiating terms, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and high customer satisfaction, and will represent Concria at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven skills in B2B sales, business development, and account management, preferably in construction materials, flooring, or building solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into clear value propositions for clients.
  • Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a focus on results, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, site inspections, and industry events within the assigned region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the concrete, flooring, or construction industry is an advantage; familiarity with sustainable and innovative building solutions is a plus.
