- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
