About Us: Blue Carrot LLP is a premium supplier of high-quality, clean-label ingredients for the modern food and beverage industry. We specialize in top-tier products including Ceremonial Grade A Matcha sourced directly from Shizuoka, Japan, premium Acai Berry powder packaged in tins, pure Date powder, and organic Coconut sugar.

The Role: We are looking for a highly articulate, confident, and outgoing Sales Executive to spearhead our B2B field sales. You will be the face of our brand, physically visiting specialty cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants across New Delhi to introduce our products, share samples, and secure long-term wholesale partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Sales & Pitching: Proactively map out and visit premium cafes and hospitality businesses daily to present our ingredient portfolio to owners, purchasing managers, and head baristas.
  • Product Demonstration: Showcase the premium quality of our products in person. You must be able to confidently explain our sourcing (such as our Shizuoka Matcha) and product specifics (like clarifying the advantages of our Date powder over whole dates, and presenting our specialized tin-packaged, Acai Berry powder.
  • Relationship Building: Communicate fluently and professionally in English to build trust and navigate conversations with high-end B2B clients.
  • Lead Generation & Closing: Identify new potential cafe partners, follow up on samples provided, negotiate commercial terms, and close wholesale orders.
  • Market Feedback: Gather on-the-ground feedback from cafe owners regarding flavor trends, pricing structures, and potential new ingredient demands.


Requirements:

  • Exceptional Communication: Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory. You must be highly persuasive and comfortable initiating cold pitches in person.
  • Field-Ready: Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi to visit potential B2B clients on a daily basis.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to handle physical product samples professionally and conduct on-the-spot beverage or ingredient demonstrations.
  • Experience: Previous experience in field sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, corporate gifting, or the hospitality/cafe industry is a massive plus.


Salary & Benefits
  • Base Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and communication skills).
  • Performance Incentives: Uncapped, attractive commission structures for every new B2B cafe client onboarded and retained.
  • Travel Allowance: Separate monthly fuel/travel reimbursement for field operations.

Our Hiring Process

  4. Final Offer: Successful candidates will receive an official offer letter within 24–48 hours of the final interview.
