Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients including homeowners, architects, and builders, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include presenting product offerings, managing customer inquiries, providing insights on product benefits, coordinating orders, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Networking skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience in managing client interactions from initial contact to post-sale support
- Knowledge of bathroom and sanitaryware products or the home improvement industry is preferred
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in regional languages is a plus to connect with local clients
Salary would be based around experience and will discuss during interview and the salary would be decided on comission plus the range would be 15,000 - 50,000
