- Identify and connect with new leads from hospitals, restaurants, and pharma companies.
- Visit client locations and build relationships with key decision-makers such as admin, facility, housekeeping, procurement, and operations teams.
- Do cold calling, field visits, WhatsApp follow-ups, email outreach, and direct relationship-building to generate business opportunities.
- Fix meetings, product introductions, and trial discussions with potential clients.
- Maintain a daily pipeline of prospects, follow-ups, meetings, and outcomes. Accurate sales activity tracking is a standard expectation in B2B sales roles.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
- Work toward weekly and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets, which is typical for field sales roles.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Confident in speaking to new people and following up consistently.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel within Hyderabad.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, or client handling is preferred. B2B lead-gen roles commonly require prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management skills.
- Prior experience in sales, field marketing, business development, or institutional sales will be an advantage.
- Should be disciplined, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Should know how to use smartphone tools like WhatsApp, Google Maps, spreadsheets, and email for follow-up and reporting.
- Probation period: First 3 months
- Salary during probation: Rs 10,000 per month
- If the candidate performs well during probation, salary will be doubled after 3 months
- Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, meetings fixed, follow-up quality, and business outcomes
- This is a field job
- The candidate will be expected to travel locally to meet prospects and customers
- If required, the company may provide a 2-wheeler for work-related travel
- Experience in field sales, institutional sales, horeca sales, cleaning products, consumables, pharma support sales, or B2B outreach is a plus
- Candidates who enjoy meeting people, visiting locations, and creating business from scratch will do well in this role
