We are seeking a qualified and experienced Business Studies Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction for AS/A Level students, aligned with internationally recognized curricula such as Cambridge and Edexcel. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about fostering analytical thinking, real-world application, and independent learning in a dynamic classroom environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and academic abilities.
Teach core Business Studies topics including marketing, finance, operations, human resources, and strategic management in line with AS/A Level curriculum standards.
Integrate case studies, current business examples, and practical applications to enhance student understanding and engagement.
Prepare students effectively for board examinations through structured revision plans, exam techniques, and continuous assessment.
Design and implement formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
Support students in developing independent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills essential for higher education and careers.
Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and academic progress.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and academic coordinators to ensure a holistic learning experience.
Stay updated with curriculum changes, teaching methodologies, and global business trends to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
4 to 14 years of teaching experience, with a strong background in AS/A Level (Cambridge/Edexcel) curricula.
Proven track record of preparing students for board examinations with excellent results.
