Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive (B2B) located in Kozhikode, Kerala, with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, identifying new business opportunities, creating sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with the team, understanding client needs, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth delivery of our eco-friendly products to corporate partners. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the company’s sustainable B2B growth domestically and internationally.

Role Description

Qualifications
- Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales and client relationship management
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, negotiation skills, and an ability to achieve targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Knowledge and passion for sustainable and ethically sourced products
- Understanding of the handicrafts, organic products, or spices market is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both remote and in-office work settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic digital tools for sales and reporting
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities
