Antique Construction Chemical is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality construction chemical solutions. We are committed to providing innovative products and exceptional customer service to contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and infrastructure companies.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, dealers, and distributors.
● Promote the company's range of construction chemical products including waterproofing, repair mortars, grouts, flooring solutions, admixtures, sealants, and coatings.
● Conduct site visits and provide product demonstrations and technical support.
● Identify upcoming construction projects and convert leads into business.
● Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
● Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
● 2–5 years of sales experience in the Construction Industry or Construction Chemicals.
● Strong network with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and dealers.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be given preference:
