Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our job portal by acquiring new employer clients and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will identify companies within assigned regions, generate leads, contact decision-makers, and convert them into active customers who post job vacancies on our platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain a database of companies within assigned regions and industries.
  • Identify HR managers, recruiters, and hiring decision-makers through research and networking.
  • Contact prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings to introduce the job portal.
  • Demonstrate the benefits and features of the job portal to potential clients.
  • Convince employers to post job openings and subscribe to paid recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the customer support and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and business networking events when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment services, HR solutions, SaaS, or job portal sales.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
