Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to promote AIWO’s preventive healthcare and wellness solutions. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective customers, understand their health needs, guide them through our diagnostic and wellness programs, and convert leads into satisfied clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Consult prospective clients on AIWO’s diagnostic tests, longevity assessments, wellness programs, and preventive healthcare solutions.
- Convert inquiries into appointments, assessments, and program enrollments.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Update and manage customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with doctors, wellness consultants, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on AIWO products, industry trends, preventive healthcare, and wellness solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 1.5-3 years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare sales, wellness services, diagnostics, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach and consultative selling ability.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage)
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, fitness, insurance, or medical sales experience.
- Experience handling inbound leads and converting prospects into customers.
- Knowledge of preventive healthcare, health assessments, or wellness programs is a plus.
