Roles and Resposibilities
- Work on a highly rewarding, performance-based incentive structure where your efforts directly reflect in your earnings. Incetive cap - 51000/month
- Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company offerings clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through online research and outreach.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain conversation records.
- Assist in closing deals under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain daily activity reports and basic data in Excel/CRM.
- Continuously learn sales techniques and improve communication skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (basic is enough).
- Comfortable talking to people and building relationships.
- Willing to learn, grow, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
- Disciplined, positive, and responsible attitude.
