Sales Executive

This is a full-time Sales Executive position based on-site at Sphar Enterprises in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing technical sales support for industrial air compressors and piping solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional tasks include preparing proposals, conducting market research, collaborating with internal teams, and providing after-sales support.

• Proven skills in client relationship management and business development
• Sales expertise with experience in presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals
• Technical understanding of industrial air compressors, piping solutions, and related systems
• Market research and competitor analysis experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the industrial equipment or engineering solutions sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
