Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will identify and target potential corporate and individual clients, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue. Responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals. The role requires strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets, while upholding the high standards of Somerset Greenways Chennai’s services.


Qualifications

  • Proven capabilities in lead generation, relationship building, and sales negotiation
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and result-oriented approach
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry or real estate sales is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site and build strong networks in the Chennai region
