• Generate leads via LinkedIn, emails, and outbound calls
• Identify and connect with potential clients (India & International)
• Work on IT services & Staff Augmentation model (providing contract resources based on client requirements)
• Understand client needs and align them with our technical expertise
• Assist in proposal creation, follow-ups, and deal closures
  

• BBA / MBA (Freshers or 0–2 years experience)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Interest in IT services and client handling
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset
  

• Exposure to real-time client interaction 🌍
