EON Meditech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Gujarat-based company specializing in the development and manufacturing of surgical implants and instruments, primarily focusing on the ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) domain. As a pioneer in India, EON Meditech has developed Titanium Middle Ear Implants/Prostheses and advanced tools for complex micro ear surgeries, addressing critical hearing loss challenges. The organization also offers a diverse product portfolio, including ENT implants, ear grommets, rhinology products, PVA dressing packs, ear instruments, laryngology products, and ENT plasma surgery systems, among others. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, showcasing and promoting the company's ENT products, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves participating in trade shows, product demonstrations, and providing client education regarding product applications and benefits.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively promote and sell products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and building long-term relationships.
- Basic understanding of the medical/ENT field or a willingness to learn the technical aspects of ENT products and instruments.
- Analytical and organizational skills to track sales performance and prepare detailed reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat; travel may be required.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in the medical devices or healthcare industry, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- A proactive mindset with a results-driven approach and keen attention to detail.
