Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to manage and support daily HR operational activities including recruitment, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
  • Handle attendance management and maintain leave records
  • Share attendance inputs and support payroll processing
  • Prepare HR letters (appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.)
  • Manage employee documentation and ensure policy compliance
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations
  • Manage resignation formalities, exit interviews, and full & final settlements
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR data and records
  • Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
  • Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
  • Prepare and share offer letters
  • Manage joining formalities and onboarding process

Required Skills


  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
