Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, conducting market research, and generating leads. Other key responsibilities include presenting and promoting products, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves close collaboration with engineering and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management
- Ability to conduct Market Research and generate Leads effectively
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client needs
- Familiarity with elevator or construction industry products and services is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the Pune market is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to travel locally as required
