Job Title: Sales Executive – PPE (Construction Industry)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in PPE or construction-related product sales. The role involves extensive field visits, client acquisition, and revenue generation within the Delhi NCR construction market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell PPE products such as safety helmets, gloves, safety shoes, reflective jackets, safety harnesses, goggles, and other industrial safety equipment.
  • Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and distributors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in PPE, industrial safety products, or construction materials.
  • Strong network within contractors, builders, and project managers.
  • Comfortable with extensive field work and site visits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Good understanding of Delhi NCR construction market.
  • Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
