Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in PPE or construction-related product sales. The role involves extensive field visits, client acquisition, and revenue generation within the Delhi NCR construction market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell PPE products such as safety helmets, gloves, safety shoes, reflective jackets, safety harnesses, goggles, and other industrial safety equipment.
- Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and distributors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in PPE, industrial safety products, or construction materials.
- Strong network within contractors, builders, and project managers.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and site visits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Good understanding of Delhi NCR construction market.
- Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
