Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable

🚨 We Are Hiring | Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable (Third Party Role)

📍 Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable to manage AR health for PAN India customers, drive efficient collections, ensure strong credit controls, and support financial discipline while working closely with Sales and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Accounts Receivable health and drive timely collections.

• Track overdues, ageing reports, and credit exposure as per policy.

• Perform account reconciliations and balance confirmations with distributors, franchise partners, and dealers.

• Manage customer disputes, refunds, credit notes, and sales returns.

• Ensure store process hygiene and inventory controls.

• Conduct month-end GL reconciliations (Sales, Provisions, Expenses).

• Monitor sales promotion budgets and related provisions.

• Provide insights on DSO, ageing, working capital, and key account performance.

Candidate Profile

✔ Experience: 3+ years in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control / Finance Operations

✔ Education: B.Com or equivalent (Finance qualification preferred)

✔ Industry: Retail / Consumer Durables / E-commerce / Banking preferred
