Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bikaner for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the hotel. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and preparing detailed sales reports. They will collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies and ensure strong client satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Sales and communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and customer relations
• Experience with market research, lead generation, and business development
• Proficiency in marketing strategies and client acquisition
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to monitor and achieve sales targets within timelines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on-site
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or boutique hotel segment is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
