Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Braand School's programs, driving enrollment growth, and building relationships with prospective students and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include identifying leads, conducting outreach activities, delivering presentations, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri, requiring active engagement with the local community and prospective students.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse audience.
  • Excellent Presentation and Negotiation skills to engage potential clients and close sales effectively.
  • Knowledge of the education industry, local market trends, and a passion for promoting educational programs is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic data management is desirable.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience in a sales-related role, preferably within the education sector, is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
