Retail Sales Executive – Financial Services
Locations: Hinjewadi, Pune & Nashik, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on Experience & Last Drawn Salary)
Role Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Retail Sales Executives to join our client's growing Financial Services team at Hinjewadi (Pune) and Nashik. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, financial services, banking, NBFC, insurance, or loan products and possess excellent customer relationship and sales skills.
The role involves generating new business, acquiring customers for financial products (including NBI Loan Services), maintaining long-term client relationships, and ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate new business through field visits, referrals, walk-ins, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan and financial service solutions.
Promote and sell NBI loan services and other retail financial products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional financial products.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers and business clients.
Provide end-to-end assistance throughout the customer onboarding process.
Ensure excellent post-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Documentation & Coordination
Collect, verify, and process customer documentation accurately.
Coordinate with internal operations and processing teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely reporting.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
Market Awareness
Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and business data.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, Loan Sales, or related sectors.
Experience in retail financial product sales will be an added advantage.
Desired Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer handling and relationship management abilities.
Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
Good understanding of financial products and lending services.
Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of digital platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
