AV Core is a global audiovisual consulting and solutions company with operations across international markets, including the UAE and the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. The company specializes in end-to-end AV solutions—from design and engineering to supply, integration, and commissioning of high-end audiovisual environments.
Our projects include corporate AV systems, experience centers, control rooms, and premium home theatres for HNIs.
Role Overview
We are hiring Sales Executives in Mumbai and Vadodara to drive business for high-value, turnkey AV projects.
This is a consultative B2B + B2C hybrid sales role, requiring strong relationship-building skills, patience for long sales cycles (3–6 months), and the ability to close high-ticket deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities across:
- Command Centers
- Architects & interior designers
- Corporate clients & offices
- Government Projects
- Law Enforcement Departments
- Real estate developers
- HNI clients (home theatres & smart AV setups)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
2. Relationship Building
- Develop long-term relationships with:
- Design firms and consultants
- Project managers and contractors
- Become a trusted AV partner in early project stages
- Research and Fulfil Tenders requirements
3. Consultative Selling
- Understand client needs and propose tailored AV solutions
- Work closely with internal technical teams for:
- System design
- BOQs and proposals
- Present solutions in a clear, high-confidence manner
4. Sales Closure
- Manage the full sales cycle:
- Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Handle commercial discussions and deal structuring
- Consistently achieve revenue targets
5. Market Development
- Build AV Core’s brand presence in Mumbai/Vadodara markets
- Track industry trends and competitor activity
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry forums
Candidate Profile:
Experience - 1–3 Years
- Strong drive for business development
- Comfortable with cold outreach and fieldwork
- Hungry to grow in high-value B2B sales
- Proven experience in B2B / project sales
- Comfortable handling long sales cycles
- Experience dealing with architects, corporates, or HNIs preferred
Industry Background
- AV / Home Automation / ELV / Smart Systems
- Interior design/architecture ecosystem
- Corporate or enterprise solutions sales
Skills Required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High ownership and a self-driven attitude
- Ability to handle long and complex sales cycles
- Negotiation and commercial understanding
- Relationship-first selling mindset
Technical Knowledge
- Prior AV knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
- Candidate must be willing to learn technical aspects quickly
Compensation Structure
- Fixed salary (based on experience)
- Performance-linked incentives (closure-based)

Location
- Mumbai / Vadodara (field-intensive role with travel)- Based Out of Vadodara
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Build a strong pipeline across architects, corporates, and HNIs
- Establish at least 15–25 active client relationships
- Close initial projects
- Demonstrate consistent lead generation and follow-ups
