Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer located in Chennai, with flexibility to work remotely when required. The Sales Engineer will support the business by managing sales processes, providing technical assistance, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, troubleshooting technical issues, and presenting solutions for client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales methodologies, with a focus on delivering comprehensive solutions to clients
• Strong Technical Support capabilities to diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for facilitating clear and professional interactions with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Technical or Engineering degree preferred, with relevant work experience in sales or technical roles
