Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Rajkot. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, developing customer relationships, and delivering effective sales presentations to promote MATCUT's cutting tools and precision solutions. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, understanding customer requirements, and offering customized solutions to enhance client productivity. Additional responsibilities include maintaining regular follow-ups, ensuring high levels of customer service, and handling customer inquiries and concerns promptly while aligning with the company's goals and values.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes, with a strong ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and process optimization to address industry-specific customer needs.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact and build relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and the aptitude to offer innovative, application-oriented engineering solutions.
  • Familiarity with industrial machining applications and tooling products like carbide inserts, end mills, and drills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in industrial sales or a similar role is a significant advantage.
