Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales of Diesel Generator (DG) Sets and power solutions by generating leads, developing customer relationships, conducting field visits, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
  • Conduct field visits and identify customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain sales records and ensure timely payment collections.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of Diesel Generator (DG) Sets and power solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
