Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive sales of industrial sterilizers and process equipment across pharmaceutical, food, beverage, biotech, and healthcare industries. The role involves customer acquisition, technical sales support, proposal preparation, and coordination with engineering and production teams.


Job Location - Delhi

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and develop new customers for sterilizers and process equipment
  • Understand client process requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals
  • Conduct product presentations and site visits
  • Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for project execution
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales orders
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales support
  • Track market trends, competitors, and sales opportunities
Requirements
  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electronics Engineering
  • 6+ years of experience in industrial/process equipment sales
  • Knowledge of sterilizers, pressure vessels, autoclaves, or pharma equipment preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel across assigned territory
