Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling technical solutions, understanding client requirements, providing technical support, and addressing customer concerns. They will create and deliver technical presentations, collaborate with the engineering team, and act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders. The role additionally involves maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Customer Service to resolve client queries and provide tailored solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of the oil recycling or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field preferred.
