Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical support to customers, identifying their requirements, and recommending suitable products or solutions. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales and marketing team, prepare and deliver technical presentations, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the role includes developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively identify opportunities and close deals
• Experience providing high-quality Technical Support and addressing technical inquiries
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to understand and translate customer needs into effective technical solutions
• Experience in preparing and delivering engaging technical presentations
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
• 2-5 years of experience is required in the same field
