Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharuch for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, offering practical solutions, and presenting value-driven product demonstrations. This role involves providing technical support, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and building lasting relationships with customers to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will also assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining a strong understanding of the market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to translate technical solutions to meet client needs
• Strong background in Technical Support and Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and swift issue resolution
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and foster relationships with clients and team members
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in understanding and explaining technical products, with a preference for candidates familiar with Pneumatic, Hydraulic, or Process Instrumentation Equipment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; prior experience in a sales or technical role is an advantage
