Job Description
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for tile adhesives, grouts, industrial flooring, coatings, waterproofing, and specialty construction chemicals.
- Develop business with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, industrial clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify new projects, prepare quotations, and close orders.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in construction chemicals, building materials, industrial products, paints, or adhesives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Industries: Construction Chemicals, Tile Adhesives, Industrial Flooring, Paints & Coatings, Building Materials, Industrial Sales.
