Job Overview : We are seeking a? Technical Sales Engineer ?with a strong technical background and sales acumen in Fire industry to expand our industrial product portfolio in MEP vertical . This role involves business development, technical consultations, and maintaining long-term client relationships Key Responsibilities: ?????????Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the region. ?????????Identify and engage potential customers, fostering long-term relationships. ?????????Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities. ?????????Provide expert consultation to customers, ensuring optimal product selection. ?????????Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery. ?????????Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches. ?????????Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress. ?????????Travel extensively within South Gujarat to meet clients and attend industry events. ?????????Target oriented who can handle pressure Skills & Experience Required: ????????? 1- 2 years ?of experience in technical sales, business development, or industrial product sales. ?????????Degree /Diploma in? Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering . ?????????Knowledge of? Gas detector, Flame Detector, Temp OR RH Detector, Portable Gas detector, PLC based Control Panel, Microcontroller Based Control Panel ?????????Strong communication and negotiation skills. ?????????Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach. ?????????Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region. . Strong knowledge of MEPF systems ? including HVAC, LV/MV electrical systems, plumbing networks, fire suppression systems (sprinklers, hydrants, gas suppression, etc.), design-build or turnkey MEPF projects. . Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and green building guidelines (e.g., LEED, ASHRAE, NFPA).
