2 Years of Experience in an inbound/outbound call center operation Or 2 Years of Experience in IT Services and Products Sales Calling Experience is a must.
it can be either inbound or out bound Exceptional communication skills.
Customer-centric attitude Empathize and sympathize during the entire customer journey
Geography dealt: North America and the UK Willing to work 9 hours between 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
Exposure to any of the following CRM tools HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or FreshSales.
Quick Learner.
Computer Savvy.
Problem Solver.
Extreme eyes for details.
Maximum 3 years experienced can apply.
