We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative

Company: Avakaza Geoscience Research Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Role: Sales Development Representative

Location: Bangalore / Field-Based


Why this role exists

AGSRT has strong inbound training revenue, and now we are scaling solution products like:

  • ResortTwin / Guest Experience Map
  • AgriTwin monitoring & analytics
  • Digital Twin / GeoTwin
  • Geospatial automation / dashboards

We need a person to reach new customers + build partner channels + book meetings consistently.

Core Responsibilities (daily/weekly)1) Outbound outreach (your main job)

  • Build named target lists (not random calls)
  • Do daily outreach via calls + WhatsApp + LinkedIn + email
  • Run follow-up cadences (touch 1 to touch 7)
  • Book discovery/demo meetings for Vijay + Abhick

2) Partner / channel development (shortcuts to market)

Build and nurture partner relationships who can refer leads:

  • Resort channel: architects, landscape planners, resort consultants, survey vendors, hospitality tech providers
  • Agri channel: agronomy consultants, irrigation/drip companies, FPO leaders, drone service vendors, agri-input distributors

3) Meeting quality + CRM discipline

  • Update pipeline daily (Google Sheet/CRM)
  • Ensure every lead has next action date
  • Track outcomes: meetings booked, meetings done, proposals triggered

4) Light field work (only for qualified meetings)

  • 1–2 days/month for pre-booked meetings or partner onboarding (local)

KPI Targets (non-negotiable)

Daily

  • 30–50 outreach touches/day (calls + WhatsApp + LinkedIn combined)
  • 10 follow-ups/day

Weekly

  • 8–12 discovery calls booked/week
  • 5 discovery calls completed/week
  • 2 partner connects/week

Monthly

  • 25–40 meetings booked/month
  • 10–15 meetings completed/month
  • 6 proposals triggered/month
  • 1–2 pilots in negotiation/month

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must have

  • 1–4 years experience in outbound sales / inside sales / B2B telecalling / partnerships
  • Strong follow-up discipline (doesn’t give up after 1 call)
  • Good spoken English + Hindi (regional language is a plus)
  • Comfortable talking to business owners / managers
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets / CRM

Good to have

  • Worked in real estate, hospitality, agritech, SaaS, IT services, or consulting sales
  • Experience onboarding channel partners
  • LinkedIn prospecting experience
