What Youβll Do
- Generate Leads & Build Pipeline: Research and identify decision-makers in target accounts. Initiate contact via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social outreach.
- Qualify Prospects: Understand prospectsβ challenges, pain points, and needs, setting them up for success with our solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives: Ensure smooth handoffs and maintain momentum through the sales cycle.
- Become a Product Pro: Gain deep knowledge of our LED lighting and sustainable solutions to clearly communicate their value.
- Manage Data: Keep CRM records up-to-date (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and track outreach performance.
- Nurture Relationships: Build trust through valuable follow-ups, product updates, and consistent engagement.
- Crush KPIs: Meet and exceed activity and conversion goals β every win boosts your earnings!
What Weβre Looking For
- 1β3 years in sales, lead generation, or customer service (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect across diverse prospects.
- A self-starter who thrives independently while juggling multiple priorities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to exceed expectations.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce/HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with LED lighting or energy-efficient products is a plus β but not required.
