Power BI Developer

Industry: HR & Talent Solutions — Recruitment and Workforce Solutions sector. We are hiring an on-site Power BI Developer based in India to help translate HR, recruitment, and workforce datasets into reliable, decision-driving analytics and dashboards. This role focuses on enterprise BI delivery, report performance, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that surface KPIs for HR and talent operations.
• Translate business requirements into robust semantic data models, calculated measures, and optimized DAX expressions.
• Develop and maintain ETL/data-preparation pipelines using Power Query (M), T-SQL, and SSIS or cloud ETL tooling.
• Deploy and manage artifacts in Power BI Service: workspaces, datasets, dataflows, incremental refresh, and row-level security.
• Optimize dataset and report performance through query tuning, model optimization, and best-practice design patterns.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and resolve production issues.
