Title: Sales Development Representative
Reports To: Manager – Sales Operations (at the client side)
Timing: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (1.5 hrs of break included)
Location: REMOTE
Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts. They will execute structured and scripted telephone and email campaigns to engage potential customers, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or webinars with Regional Sales Managers or Senior Sales Representatives to showcase NVT Phybridge’s solutions.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and methodical, with a keen interest in sales and technology. This position offers growth opportunities within the sales structure, including an uncapped commission structure based on performance.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
· Lead Prospecting & Engagement:
o Engage with potential customers to introduce them to NVT Phybridge’s solutions.
o Execute email and call campaigns to generate sales opportunities.
o Identify and qualify prospects based on industry needs and pain points.
o Articulate NVT Phybridge’s value proposition effectively.
o Schedule meetings and invite contacts to attend one-on-one sessions or webinars with Regional Sales Managers or Senior Sales Representatives.
· Communication & Outreach:
o Adapt email scripts and outreach sequences to improve engagement.
o Collaborate with the sales team to enhance prospecting techniques.
o Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) for leads, tasks, and notes.
· Performance Metrics & Reporting:
o Schedule 7-10 qualified meetings per week.
o Ensure a minimum of 25 webinar/meeting attendees per month.
o Participate in daily scrum calls for performance updates.
o Review monthly, quarterly, and annual sales metrics for continuous improvement.
· Continuous Learning & Market Research:
o Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
o Attend product training and complete technical certifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong Experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
· Strong verbal communication skills in English for the North American region
· Ability to engage prospects through email and phone outreach.
· Prior experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
· Knowledge of any of the following industries is a plus:
o Telecommunications, security and surveillance, IT channel/distribution, or direct sales.
- · Strong desire to learn and grow within the technology industry.
