Job Description

Role Purpose

The Sales CRM Manager will manage the complete CRM lifecycle for Bellagio, covering lead management, sales funnel tracking, booking documentation, and post-sales operational workflows. This role ensures the CRM platform accurately tracks every customer interaction from lead generation through possession, enabling the sales team and management to operate with structured data and reporting. The CRM Manager acts as the operational backbone of the sales and post-sales process.


Key Responsibilities

CRM Platform Management Manage the CRM system across the full lifecycle including:

  • Lead capture and allocation
  • Sales pipeline & Site visit tracking
  • Booking entries
  • Customer documentation
  • Payment schedules
  • Demand letters
  • Possession pipeline
  • Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy. 


Sales Funnel Operations Support the sales team by:

  • Maintaining lead distribution within the CRM
  • Tracking sales funnel metrics & Documentation.
  • Monitoring conversion stages
  • Ensuring sales executives update CRM activities

Prepare reports including:

  • lead sources
  • conversion ratios
  • site visit numbers
  • Booking reports
