Sales Counselor

Twins Abroad is looking for experienced and driven Immigration Counselors with strong sales and counseling skills to join our growing immigration division. If you have hands-on exposure to Germany, Canada, or Australia immigration programs and enjoy converting leads into success stories, we want to hear from you.

• Handle client enquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients and schedule consultations
• Provide accurate counseling on immigration pathways for Germany, Canada, and Australia
• Stay updated with current immigration laws, policies, and procedures
• Maintain systematic client records and ensure timely follow-ups on leads and applications
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the immigration division
• Coordinate with team members and support additional responsibilities assigned by management

• Minimum 6 months of experience in immigration sales or counseling
• Proven experience handling Germany / Canada / Australia immigration cases
• Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and sell appropriate immigration solutions
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
