Job Description
We, Salasar Laminates Pvt Ltd are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage our daily sales operations and provide comprehensive administrative support to our frontline sales team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our sales representatives, internal departments (finance, logistics, marketing), and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at customer service, and ensures all sales pipelines and client data are tracked with precise accuracy.
Core Responsibilities
· Sales Administration: Provide operational support by scheduling client meetings, arranging appointments, and managing the team's calendars.
· Order Processing: Handle incoming customer orders through phone or email, ensuring exact accuracy in pricing, product details, and discount applications.
· Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, managing outbound/inbound calls, sending product updates, and resolving customer queries promptly.
· CRM Management: Maintain, update, and clean customer information, lead tracking stages, and communication histories in the company CRM platform.
· Interdepartmental Liaison: Coordinate with logistics, production, and accounts teams to monitor stock levels and guarantee timely order fulfilment and delivery to consumers.
· Backup Sales Support: Respond to urgent client messages and address technical/commercial questions whenever field representatives are traveling or unavailable.
Key Skills & Requirements
· Proven Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Administrator, Customer Service Agent, or an equivalent administrative function.
· Technical Aptitude: Exceptional proficiency working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, odoo or Zoho) alongside productivity tools like Microsoft office.
· Communication Skills: Stellar written and spoken communication capabilities with an approachable, confident manner to comfortably interact with diverse B2B or B2C clientele.
· Organizational Mastery: Top-tier time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to manage tight operational deadlines.
- · Education: 12th Pass / Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Salary: Rs,20,000 to Rs.25,000PM (depending on interview & skillset)
