Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator position based in the Pune Division. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales operations, communicate with customers, support the sales team, and ensure smooth sales processes. Responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, providing customers with timely information, maintaining records, and supporting the efficient flow of sales-related information within the organization.

Responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, providing customers with timely information, maintaining records, and supporting the efficient flow of sales-related information within the organization.
Qualifications
- 0-2 Years experience in relevant field.
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to effectively support the sales process and maintain accurate records
- Customer Service and Communication skills to build lasting relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Strong understanding of Sales and ability to assist in achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or technology sector is beneficial
