About Angooti

Angooti is a premium ring-making experience where couples create their own rings under the guidance of a professional jeweller. We help couples celebrate proposals, engagements, anniversaries, weddings, and life's special milestones through meaningful handcrafted jewellery experiences.

We are looking for a driven Sales Consultant to manage enquiries, nurture leads, and convert interested couples into confirmed bookings.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound enquiries from Instagram, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels

• Connect with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable experiences

• Follow up consistently and professionally to maximize conversions

• Handle objections confidently and guide customers toward booking

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity

• Coordinate customer communication from enquiry to booking confirmation

• Share customer feedback and sales insights to improve conversions

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail, wedding services, events, admissions counselling, relationship management, or similar customer-facing roles

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable handling customer conversations over calls and WhatsApp

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail

• Experience using CRM tools is preferred

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

• Comfortable working weekends when required
