Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor research, and developing targeted outreach strategies. The Sales Business Development professional will engage prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, clearly communicating SANeForce’s solutions and value proposition. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams for demos and solution design, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback, and contributing to sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present solutions, and respond to client needs effectively.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to understand industry trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, networking, and using digital tools or CRM systems to create and grow a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with sales and CRM software, along with basic proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and presentations.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS solutions, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare domains, is beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
