Job Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven Business Development Manager with experience in B2B

IT Training Sales across the GCC/MENA market. The ideal candidate will manage global client

relationships, drive lead conversion, handle the end-to-end B2B sales process, and contribute to revenue

growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into customers and identify upselling opportunities.

• Drive sales of IT Training and Certification solutions to corporate clients across the GCC/MENA region.

• Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification,

proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

• Understand customer training requirements and provide tailored IT training solutions.

• Conduct research on accounts and identify key stakeholders including HR, L&D, IT, and Procurement

teams.

• Utilize lead generation and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo,

Lusha, and CRM platforms to identify and engage prospective clients.

• Build long-lasting client relationships and provide consistent follow-ups.

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success initiatives.

• Mentor or support team members as needed.

• Contribute to Koenig’s automation initiatives through suggestions and testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B IT Training Sales, Corporate Training Sales, or Learning & Development

Solutions Sales.

• Strong understanding of IT Training products, certification programs, and corporate training

requirements.

• Experience managing the end-to-end B2B sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

• Experience selling to clients across the GCC/Gulf/MENA market.

• Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo,

Lusha, and CRM platforms.

• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.

• Ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the organization.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and creative.

• Comfortable with CRM tools and automation platforms.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Mandatory Requirement

Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is a must. This role involves global client

  • interaction, including customers from the Middle East and Other regions.
