Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Nehru Place. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective clients via calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries to understand their immigration goals and recommend appropriate visa services. Responsibilities include explaining visa processes and eligibility criteria, conducting needs assessments, and presenting suitable options in a clear and compliant manner. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, regular follow-ups, document checklist guidance in coordination with internal teams, and closing sales while maintaining high client satisfaction. The Sales Consultant will be expected to meet defined sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with colleagues to support marketing campaigns, referrals, and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven consultative sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals ethically.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, including clear verbal and written English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in immigration, overseas education, travel, or related service industries is highly desirable.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, basic MS Office tools, and online communication platforms to manage leads and client interactions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong time management, follow-up discipline, and the ability to handle multiple client cases simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; relevant certifications in sales, immigration consulting, or counseling are a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Nehru Place, maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
