Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant at CampusSphere. The Sales Consultant will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering tailored product demonstrations and closing new business with educational institutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with school decision-makers, understanding their operational challenges, and recommending CampusSphere solutions that align with their objectives. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings. The Sales Consultant will also nurture ongoing relationships, ensure a smooth handoff to implementation teams, and support customer renewals and expansions.
Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand client needs, design solutions, and guide decision-makers through the buying process.
  • Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships with education stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities for remote demos and discussions with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales, preferably within education technology or software solutions for institutions.
  • Comfort working in a remote, results-driven environment with effective time management and self-organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales practices; ability to track pipelines and report on key metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in education and technology, with a willingness to learn product features and evolving market needs.
