Sales Consultant / Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant / Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at a leading Car Dealership in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, or Trichy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales & Marketing Operations, excellent product demonstration skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of our vehicles
  • Negotiate with customers to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure our dealership remains competitive
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and procedures

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in sales and marketing operations
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Product demonstration and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
